RENTAL RATES
£300.00 / US$525.00 per week all year*.
*Easter and Christmas Holidays - £350.00 / US$610.00 per week.
LOCATION
The villa is situated at Lakeside at Bass Lake. This resort is located on US Highway 27 just 1 mile south of US Highway 192, just 10 minutes drive from Disney. The community backs onto the picturesque 300 acre Lake Davenport. There are picnic tables and it is the ideal area for an evening walk to enjoy the sun setting and the wildlife around the lake.
The resort is a private gated community and there are two swimming pools (one heated) and a hot spa in close proximity to the Villa. They are available from dawn until dusk. There is a club house next to the pools with a gym room, two pool tables and shuffle board.
The villa is fully licensed for short term lets by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting. There is a 24 hour local and friendly management team on hand to assist.
The villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive away, where charter flights are based.

Description
Our home has been designed to provide spacious living accommodation as follows:-
Family Room
The family room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, coffee tables, lamps, satellite TV,VCR, dining table seating six persons and doors leading to the patio area.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is accessed from the family room and contains a Queen size bed (equivalent to UK King size bed), bedside tables and lamps, digital alarm clock, walk-in closet, dressing table with mirror. There is also satillite TV.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing basin, large walk-in shower, bath and wc. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer for guests use.
Bedroom Two
This bedroom contains a Queen size bed, dresser with mirror, lamp, CD player and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom Three
This bedroom contains twin beds, chest of drawers with lamp, large walk-in closet. There is also a TV with local channels and Playstation 2.
Kitchen
The kitchen is adjacent to the family room and is fully equipped with range/oven, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, glasses and pots/pans are also provided. There is a telephone providing FREE local calls. Phone cards can be purchased locally.
Utility Room
With large washer/dryer for guests use.
Second Bathroom
This is located adjacent to bedrooms two and three and has bath/shower, wash basin and wc.
Games Room
There is a pool table and air hockey table for guests use.
Two Community Pools, spa and clubhouse just 2 minutes walk from the Villa.

Please Note
Prices are fully inclusive of all bed linen, towels, electric, Satellite TV and Taxes.
A deposit of £150.00 / US$250.00 is required to secure the booking and a refundable security deposit of £150.00 / US$250.00 is also required upon final payment which is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
The minimum booking period is 5 nights. Payment is accepted by cash/cheque or credit card via Paypal (credit card charge may apply)
