Some Frequently Asked Questions:

Is smoking or pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, our homes have a strictly enforced no smoking policy. Unfortunately we cannot accept any pets.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc?
All the bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Is the pool heated?
We would recommend pool/spa heat from October through to April which is available at a supplement.

Do you have facilities for small children?
Our homes are equipped with a stroller, highchair and cot, however, we require notification from the guests that they require such items to be made available. There are games and toys available for all ages.

Is there a video player in the house?
Yes there are video players along with a small selection of films in both of our villas.

Does your home have a BBQ?
Both our villas have a BBQ for use outside the villa/pool area.

How do we locate/enter the property?
Your arrival information pack which includes directions will be sent to you approximately six weeks prior to arrival. The keys are located in lock boxes at the villas so you do not have to worry about finding our Managers Office to collect the keys.

Who do we contact for questions/emergencies?
Our friendly and efficient property managers reside locally and are on hand to assist with any queries or problems during your stay. Their contact details are provided within your arrival information pack and there is an general information folder at the villa provided for guests.

Is there a charge for resort facilities (Bass Lake only)?
No. The resort facilities are available to all guests free of charge.

What facilities are located in the resort's pool area (Bass Lake only)?
As well as the spa, there are showers and changing facilities. The pool has loungers, tables and chairs.

Are there any restaurants/stores nearby?
There are plenty located on the 192 and US27.

Are there any medical services nearby?
Hopefully this is one service you will not require during your trip. But in case you do, there is a walk-in Medical Centre at the Formosa Gardens Plaza or Wallgreens are able to provide basic medications.

Is there a golf course nearby?
Golf courses are in abundance. Southern Dunes and Highlands Reserve are just a short drive away.

Do you accept bookings starting or finishing any day of the week?
Of course!

How do we book?
Firstly check our availability calendar. If the dates you require are available email us with your required dates and we will respond with a quotation and booking details.
