Thank you for visiting our website. We are Jon & Jayne from Crawley, West Sussex and are happy to admit that we are self confessed Florida fanatics!! We first visited to Florida in 1998 and simply fell in love with the place. We went back to Florida year after year and bought our very own Florida villa situated at Bass Lake Resort located on US Highway 27 which is a beautiful private gated community located just 10 minutes drive from Disney. We then bought our second villa on the quiet community of Santa Cruz just 4 miles south of Bass Lake. We love everything about Florida including the theme parks and the whole way of life.
Both of our homes have games rooms, internet access and Playstation 2 consoles and games; we hope that our guests will enjoy this added facility, our two children certainly do.
We have lock boxes containing the key to the front door at both villas so our guests can drive straight to our home without having to collect keys from a third party or management company.
Our goal is to have guests who are so delighted with our villas that there will be no question of where they will stay the next time they visit Florida.
There are many things we can do to help enhance your vacation such as providing highchairs, cribs, strollers available to you upon request. How much extra do these things costs? Absolutely nothing. We are focussed that you enjoy your holiday. We don't want anything to spoil your dream vacation. If there is anything you require at all to enhance your vacation, such as flowers, champagne to celebrate a special occasion or anniversary or a welcome pack upon your arrival then all you have to do is just ask and we will do our very best to accommodate your request!
We take great pride in our homes ensuring that they are well maintained and kept to a high standard of cleanliness at all times. We also respond to emails quickly and efficiently and provide first class customer service to all of our guests. We also have a Management Company available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We are always happy to give advice or recommend companies we have used for attraction tickets, car hire or flights. Both of our villas are fully licensed by the State and County and we can supply confirmation if required. From the moment you meet us online, we are with you every step of the way to help make your dream vacation as carefree as possible. We strive to provide our guests with a warm welcome and the upmost in personal attention. Our service is second to none and we guarentee prompt and personal attention from the very first contact right through to your return home.
