LOCATION
This privately owned villa is situated on an established residential development called Santa Cruz with a mixture of permanent and short stay residents. There are only 71 houses in this neighbourhood. There are several golf courses in close proximity to the villa.
Our villa is fully licensed for short term rental and has a 24 hour local & friendly management team on hand should a problem arise.
Our villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. Sanford Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive away, where charter flights are based.

Our beautiful "home from home" has three bedrooms and a larger than average private screened swimming pool (heating optional). It is situated in the community of Santa Cruz, located just 10 minutes drive from Disney. It is the perfect location to unwind by the pool after a hectic day at the theme parks.
Description
Our home has been designed to provide spacious living accommodation as follows:-
Family Room
The family room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, coffee tables, lamps, 30" cable TV offering a choice of over 100 channels, DVD/VCR player, dining table seating six persons and doors leading to the pool area.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is accessed from the family room and contains a Queen size bed (equivalent to UK King size bed), bedside tables and lamps, digital alarm clock, cable TV, walk-in closet, dressing table with mirror, chest of drawers.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom containing "his and her" basins, large walk-in shower, bath and wc. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer for guests use. There is a door giving access to the pool area.
Bedroom Two
This bedroom contains a Queen size bed, chest of drawers and lamps, CD player and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom Three
This bedroom contains twin beds, chest of drawers and lamps, Playstation 2, TV and Playstation games and large walk-in closet.
Kitchen
The kitchen is adjacent to the family room and is fully equipped with range/oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice box, coffee maker, toaster, blender and kettle. All cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, glasses and pots/pans are also provided. There is a telephone providing FREE local calls.
Utility Room
With large washer/dryer for guests use together with iron and ironing board.
Second Bathroom
This is located adjacent to bedrooms two and three and has bath/shower, hairdryer, wash basin and wc.
Larger Than Normal Pool/Spa
The pool/spa is to the rear of the villa. The pool area overlooks a golf course to the rear. Pool/spa heating (optional) is available although not normally required during the summer months. The pool is fully screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in. Comfortable patio furniture is provided including sun-loungers. All doors to the pool are fully alarmed in accordance with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area.
The villa is fully licensed by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms, pool alarms and emergency lighting.
Double Integral Garage
In summary, this villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday!!!
Games Room
There is a pool table and foosball for guests use.
Please Note
Prices are fully inclusive of all bed linen, towels, electric and taxes.
Pool/Spa Heating, which is gas is an additional £90.00 / US$175.00 per week.
A deposit of £150.00 / US$250.00 is required to secure the booking and a refundable security deposit of £150.00 / US$250.00 is also required upon final payment which is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
The minimum booking period is 5 nights. Supplements apply for bookings of less than 7 nights. Payment is accepted by cash/cheque or credit card via Paypal (credit card charge may apply)
